Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Cleaner Services, we aim to provide professional and reliable cleaning services. This policy explains our cancellation and refund terms.

1. Service Booking

Customers can book services through:

  • Phone call

  • WhatsApp

  • Website

  • Email

Booking is confirmed after discussion with our team.

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Service

  • Customers can cancel the booking anytime before service.

  • No cancellation charges before team dispatch.

After Team Dispatch

  • If team has been dispatched, cancellation charges may apply.

  • Travel and service charges may be deducted.

3. Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund

Refund may be provided if:

  • Service not delivered

  • Booking cancelled before team arrival

  • Payment made in advance and service not completed

Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refund will not be provided if:

  • Service completed successfully

  • Customer cancels after cleaning started

  • Customer not available at location

  • Wrong booking details provided

4. Rescheduling

Customers can reschedule service by informing at least 4 hours before.

New slot will be provided based on availability.

5. Payment Terms

We accept:

  • UPI

  • Cash

  • Bank Transfer

  • Online Payment

Payment may be collected before or after service depending on booking.

6. Service Quality

If you are not satisfied:

  • Contact us immediately

  • Our team will review the issue

  • We may provide re-service if required
