1. Service Booking
Customers can book services through:

Email
Booking is confirmed after discussion with our team.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Service
Customers can cancel the booking anytime before service.
No cancellation charges before team dispatch.
After Team Dispatch
If team has been dispatched, cancellation charges may apply.
Travel and service charges may be deducted.
3. Refund Policy
Eligible for Refund
Refund may be provided if:
Service not delivered
Booking cancelled before team arrival
Payment made in advance and service not completed
Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Not Eligible for Refund
Refund will not be provided if:
Service completed successfully
Customer cancels after cleaning started
Customer not available at location
Wrong booking details provided
4. Rescheduling
Customers can reschedule service by informing at least 4 hours before.
New slot will be provided based on availability.
5. Payment Terms
We accept:

Cash
Bank Transfer
Online Payment
Payment may be collected before or after service depending on booking.
6. Service Quality
If you are not satisfied:

Our team will review the issue
We may provide re-service if required
